Traverse Bay Confections was founded in Seattle in 2001 with the goal of manufacturing high-end European style cookies and candies. Our mission is to create quality cookies and confections using only the finest ingredients. Our products are made in small batches with recipes developed by our chef owner, Richard Anderson. They are packaged in high oxygen barrier
bags and heat sealed, giving them a six month shelf life.
Our plant is Kosher and AIB certified. We have four core product lines:
- Hand decorated cookies: This shortbread cookie tastes as good as it looks. This cookie is the perfect balance of butter and vanilla topped with royal icing.
- Barks: A wide variety of bark flavors are designed around premium Callebaut Belgium chocolate blended with the finest ingredients and flavors.
- Panned items & Biscotti Bites: A crisp shortbread cookie is enrobed in Belgium chocolate and finished with specialty flavors. The newest addition to this group is the Peppermint Snowball (chocolate shortbread drenched in white chocolate finished with a sprinkling of crushed peppermint).
- 4. Boxed cookies: These natural shortbread cookies are enhanced with pieces of premium fruit or chocolate.
